How it Works

Step 1: Create an Account

To purchase heavy equipment, you must have an account with us.

• By registering, you agree to our Terms & Conditions for online transactions, please review them carefully.

Step 2: Choose Your Equipment

Select the heavy equipment you wish to purchase.

• Need shipping? Request a quote before finalizing your purchase.
• A Bill of Sale will be drafted and signed by both the buyer and seller.

Step 3: Secure Payment

Once the Bill of Sale is signed:

• An invoice will be generated.
• Payment is accepted via bank wire transfer.
• Returning customers may also pay via certified check.

Step 4: Equipment Pickup & Delivery

• Once the funds clear (1-2 business days), the equipment will be ready for pickup.
• If you requested shipping, we aim to dispatch the equipment within 2 business days.

Step 5: Seller Payment & Buyer Protection

• You have 7 days or 50 working hours (whichever comes first) to inspect the equipment.
• If you find a missed fault, we offer two solutions:
  • Repair at a nearby partner service.
  • Return the equipment for a full refund (we cover return shipping).
• After 7 days, claims are not accepted unless you purchased an optional warranty.
